South Kilvington - Paradise trail - Helmsley

A hard route that follows the Paradise trail for a bit. The Paradise trail is mountain bike trail which cannot be completed on a road bike. Saying that, there's also a lot of tarred road cycling on this route, and due to the mix of surfaces I used a cyclocross bike with gravel tires. Some sections were sketchy on the cyclocross, but with lots of effort and concentration I was able to complete it without crashing. This route is difficult due the hard uphill cycling combined with the long distance. Be warned!
