The route heads south on the slope of a cultivated hill. The hill on the other side of the Gélise is inversely wooded. There start the Landes forest that awaits the hiker. But, first, visitors must cross the cornfields and a bridge that uncovers the various species accompanying this tributary of the Garonne. On its left bank stands the Landes forest and its sandy paths that will bring hikers to the village where lie the unequal towers of Henry IV fortified mill, inherited from the prestigious family of Albret.
