Beware, I did this hike in 2020 Aug, and the segment from km16 to km19 approx takes you across wild overgrowth, not really marked, with lots of cut down trees that make it very difficult. I guess there was a path back in 2011 when this was uploaded originally, but now I would recommend finding an alternative or be prepared with long pants, bug-spray, and sticks to beat down the thorny overgrowth. Also, if you are sensitive to stinging nettle, then most definitely take precaution. The the rest of the hike is magnificent and very nice.
